HOW IT WORKS

From business problem to connected working system.

The process follows the architecture: understand the work, define Core and modules, prepare the data, configure the experience and prove the complete workflow before launch.

Six-stage Schéma implementation process

SIX CONTROLLED STAGES

No hidden leap from sales promise to installation.

01

Understand the business

We start with the work, the customer journey and the points where information is lost, repeated or disconnected.

02

Map Core, modules and integrations

We identify the smallest useful module combination and clearly separate external providers, regulated services and hardware.

03

Prepare the data

Products, customers, services, resources, suppliers and other records are cleaned, validated and mapped before import.

04

Design and configure

The public website, operational workspace, terminology, roles, fields, workflows and reports are configured around the approved scope.

05

Validate, review and train

We test real user journeys, rejected inputs, permissions, responsive layouts, emails, integrations and the exact actions each role can perform.

06

Launch, support and expand

The first useful phase goes live. Further modules are added only when they solve a real need and can use the existing Core and records.

WHAT YOU APPROVE

Scope, data, journeys, responsibilities and cost.

  • The modules and capabilities included in phase one.
  • The data being imported and the facts requiring your confirmation.
  • External provider accounts, charges and regulated responsibilities.
  • The one-time, recurring and usage-based commercial terms.
Clear Schéma scope and cost boundaries

SCHÉMA DIGITAL

Start with discovery, not a software shopping list.

Describe the business in ordinary language. We will translate it into the smallest useful Core, module and integration scope.
